Hello,

I have tried this in our dev lab and it appears to remove fine when a user does delete the VM.

Can you confirm that it does show as fully removed in the SolidCP interface and is not pending removal of the VM files.

Regards,

Trevor

I recommend re-import all VMs which came from website panel.

SolidCP can't delete a folder only in one case, if there is a conflict and deleting folder/flies can corrupt another VMs. That was possible (corrupting VM) in WSP and was fixed in SolidCP.
