I also have a script that gets the vms usage of options including bandwidth, etc, however these files are external files and I need to get them to import into the solidcp bandwidth tables.

Hello

We have many web servers on SolidCP, all the web servers are ok, but just one server has the calculate issue.

  1. when use Calculate option in file manager, nothing happens.
  2. the schedule task didn’t help to calculate the Disk space or Band Width.
  3. The Disk space and Band width  reports shows :  “The report is empty.

I think if we could fix the Calculate option in file manager, the whole problem will be solved. the web server is Windows 2016

Please tell us how can we fix this problem.

I found this error on Solidcp :

ERROR: Error on GetServiceItemsDiskSpace() in 'Internet Information Services 10.0' provider
System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'SolidCP.Providers.Base,
81' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

@OPr1 It sounds like one of the server(s) aren't updated correctly.

Can you verify all servers (portal , enterprise, server(s)) have the exact same version?

We have a different kind of issue.

There isnt any problem on Disk Space schedule ,Space calculation perform completely , but bandwidth report can not be updated.

There isn't any error in solidcp nor windows event log.

  1. the schedule task is ok.
  2. Disk Space calculation runs without any problem.
  3. we are just facing problems in Bandwidth calculating.

Please tell us how we can find the problem.
