Bringing up a new mailenable server. Created a new customer, added a new mailbox. went fine
Tried to create another one and it no longer shows the domain in the dropdown under Create New Mailbox
Mailbox limit in plan is Unlimited
Nothing in audit log of course as you can execute the create mailbox
mailenable 10.18 enterprise
Does it show any domain in the drop down or is the blank? If you can provide a screenshot it could be useful.
on the first pass it shows the domain in the dropdown, after creating the first mailbox
Then when you try to create the next mailbox it does not display any domains(just the word Select)Nothing really to show in a screenshot So you cant create anything
I did verify that I can create a second mailbox using the MailEnable Manager(just to make sure)
I tried it on my own environment but i could not reproduce this.
Is your domain listed as an Email domain?
still got enough space available in the hosting plan?
yep it creates the domain on the first mailbox entry, plan is set to unlimited mailboxes
So I Just tried it on one of the other domains and a second mailbox is created. SO I’ll look further into this entry and see what I can find
