ok to test this I added a website while it was set to domainbackups and then I changed the policy to backup and then added 2 sites, if I delete the first site it leaves the other files alone, as its setting is domainbackup, but delete one of the other 2 and all dissapears.. phew glad to have resolved this, almost lost 100 domains out of an account today.. 😉
