I have setup a brand sparkling new SolidCP server and a Exchange 2016 server

However, when I try to create a new organization I cannot press the "Create Organization" button - it is disabled.

Also - the domain name field is missing.

When I try and remove the disabled option from the button I get the following error:
Sub-Domains quota has been reached

However, I can't seem to find where to set this option..

What have I forgot?

The Enterprise server is running SolidCP 1.1.1 and the Exchange server is running 1.1.2

Allright, got a bit further.

Now I am just getting this error:

Error creating organization. See audit log for more details.

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: Error executing 'CREATE_ORG' task on 'comp-any' ORGANIZATION ---> System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> Unknown error (0x80005000) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at SolidCP.Providers.HostedSolution.Organizations.OrganizationExists(String organizationId) at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName, String domainName) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName, String domainName) at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.esOrganizations.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationID, String organizationName, String domainName) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

The event viewer is giving me this:

[11/29/2016 8:49:57 PM] ERROR: Can't CreateOrganization 'Hosted Organizations' provider
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80005000): Unknown error (0x80005000)
at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind(Boolean throwIfFail)
at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Exists(String path)
at SolidCP.Providers.HostedSolution.OrganizationProvider.OrganizationExistsInternal(String organizationId)
at SolidCP.Server.Organizations.OrganizationExists(String organizationId)

Any clues?

Making some progress.. A couple of new errors occured after I fixed the AD stuff in the server settings:

[11/29/2016 9:05:05 PM] ERROR: Exchange CreateOrganizationOfflineAddressBookInternal
System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryServicesCOMException (0x80072030): There is no such object on the server.

at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.CommitChanges()
at SolidCP.Providers.HostedSolution.Exchange2016.AdjustADSecurity(String objPath, String securityGroupPath, Boolean isAddressBook)
at SolidCP.Providers.HostedSolution.Exchange2016.UpdateOfflineAddressBook(Runspace runSpace, String id, String securityGroup)
at SolidCP.Providers.HostedSolution.Exchange2016.CreateOrganizationOfflineAddressBookInternal(String organizationId, String securityGroup, String oabVirtualDir)

and

[11/29/2016 9:05:06 PM] ERROR: 'Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server 2016' CreateOrganizationOfflineAddressBook
System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryServicesCOMException (0x80072030): There is no such object on the server.

at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.CommitChanges()
at SolidCP.Providers.HostedSolution.Exchange2016.AdjustADSecurity(String objPath, String securityGroupPath, Boolean isAddressBook)

at SolidCP.Server.ExchangeServer.CreateOrganizationOfflineAddressBook(String organizationId, String securityGroup, String oabVirtualDir)

These I don't really have a clue about what's going on. I can see that the OU is being created for the customer shortly and then deleted when it fails..

Hello,

What are your Active Directory connection settings on the SolidCP Portal –> Exchange server?  (it should be set to auth: none and no username or password filled in)

Do you host Hosted Organizations on the same server as exchange?

if so make sure you apply all the permissions needed shown in the manual and video to the SolidCP Server Application pool user (and make sure the user does not exist in computer management –> local users and computers –> users).

Kind Regards,

Trevor Robinson

Yes I think I am hosting Hosted Organizations on the same server as Exchange (The DC is on a different server however)

I watched the video and did everything in it in regards to setting up Exchange, but it still fails on CreateOrganizationOfflineAddressBook and CreateOrganizationOfflineAddressBookInternal
