We recently updated all our servers from 2012 R2 and 2016 to 2019.

The Server reboot link in SolidCP now shuts down the computer instead of rebooting it.

Sorry dont have a response to your actual question.  Did you do an in place upgrade from 2012 to 2019?  If so how did that go?

Hello,

I have tried this on a fresh Server 2019 Desktop with no problems.

Can you confirm for me which version of Server 2019 and the hardware used?

Regards,

Trevor

Previously running custom Supermicro servers with Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 (reboots worked). Current servers are brand new Dell R740. Window Server 2019 version 1809 LTSC
