One of our domains we are hosting when I click on New mailbox, I get this message:

The frustrating piece is that it works for all the other domains I have tried it for... Does anyone have any tips for here is how I would diagnose this?

Hello,
It seems to get stuck on Mailbox setup instructions from the error.
Is this user on a special reseller or something different then the other users ?
(Resellers can setup / change their own email templates under space statistics)

No, none of them have been setup under a reseller. There shouldn't have been anything different about the account. I went through the sql tables to see if I could see anything different between the account I created before them, and this account and I couldn't find anything.

I have also tried logging in as the 'user' for the account to create the account and that didn't work either.

Can you check if the problem users email is set to html or text?
If you try change it to the opposite does it still error?
