Hello all,
I am facing an issue when trying to send emails such as account summary to a customer. I can't seem to be able to send any email from the server.
I get the error as in the attached image.

do we have to install exchange on the same scp server or just enter mail server details in scp settings ?...

I setup the mail server settings in SolidCP.
SMTP hostname
Port
Username
Password
but sending does not work.

try unchecking the SMTP SSL option.
