Enterprise Import Tool - Unable tim import mailbox

Issue: A user was created within SolidCP organization but the mailbox was created using Exchange ECP thus the user does not show as having a mailbox within the control panel.

I ran the enterprise import tool to import the user, however, error 2602 is generated. Is it possible to link the users mailbox to the solidcp organization user?

ERROR_EXCHANGE_EMAIL_EXISTS = -2602;

Please check the mailbox is new to SolidCP and isn't already in the panel.
