I see you have hostnames configured instead of the default 127.0.0.1 (loopback ip)

When your using hostname / non default IP you will need to make sure all the settings (including the Portal Enterprise url configuration) match up.

Is this a local server setup? or are the components spread out over several servers?

As i said in the other post can you please check the <EnterpriseServer> in C:SolidCPPortalApp_DataSiteSettings.config it should match the address and port for the Enterprise server as shown in IIS.
