PS: I can find create a new skype organisation.
Hello,
It appears to be a hosting plan setting "Is consumer organization" which you have enabled (in most cases you do not want this as it equals seperated mailboxes such as outlook.com instead of an organization with people working together).
I would double check Exchange configuration and hosting plan options.
Regards,
Marco
Consumer Organization Support is not enabled, in the hosting plan
Double check your exchange configuration (in scp)
also check PF Primary hierarchy is present, AD is healthy (has the sysvol volume etc).
In general a missing value comes down to a problem with the configuration, but it's a generic error so it's hard to pin point an exact thing to check.
