Is it posible to enable a debugging mode, so we can see what happen ?

I can't even change change the Hosted Exchange 2013, under Configuration -> Server. When i do that the error with "Value cannot be null."

that sounds like a problem in the database of your setup.
Can you add a new exchange 2013 service or wil that also error out?

I can add it, but an total empty one will fault the same way.

I could add it, but as soon as i try to push the Update buttom it fault with the same error.
