Hello,
For a test I would try change the password on the web server for the SCP Server to something like P@ss1001 to see if that solves the issue.
Can you confirm that you have set the server security correct? If its AD set this following:
Use Active Directory Accounts = Checked
Authentication Type: = None
Root domain: <Your Domain>
Also ensure the SCP server is using an AD account.
Btw my configuration is:
Only 1 physical server
Control Panel, Server, Enterprise server running on same machine
Currently only Local accounts, no AD
On installation I typed 192.168.0.x with no hostname
I changed password to P@ss1001 on SolidCP Server then I went to SolidCP Control panel > Servers > Settings > Connect info there I put 192.168.0.x:9003 and password P@ss1001
Still not working.. I must doing something wrong or I missing something to configure 🙁
Any next ideas? Thanks
EDIT: MySQL Db creating schema & user works.. just website is not working 🙁
Hi,
Not normally alot to configure for IIS using a local account. As Marco has said it is normally the server password but if MySQL is working it sounds a little strange.
Which version of Windows server are you using and which IIS provider? If its 2012R2 you want to use IIS8.0.
Also if you check the eventlog it may give a more detailed error.
Thanks,
Trevor Robinson
Can you check any more error messages from Event log?
as i assume it's a misconfiguration / envrionmental issue.
Event info again.. in comment is wrong formatted:
Trying Windows Server 2016 with IIS 10.0, in Event Viewer couldn't find any error for that. There is only info log:
