exchange mailbox settings limited

Hello,

 

Can i double check 2 things:

 

  1. Does the hosting plan have Consumer Organization Support enabled?
  2. Is this a normal user account and not a demo?

Yes I have checked again. Consumer organization support is enabled and it is not a demo account. I have tried to change the user account to reseller account and all the settings are available. When I change it back to user account these tabs disappear.

There are other accounts with the same problem on the server.

Hey,

 

I do wonder if this is part of the consumer organization support. Is there a reason you are using this rather than each customer having their own address per hosted org with a shared address book?

Hi,

I did not understand what you mean exactly. There is one hosted organisation under one customer account. And there are multiple exchange accounts under that hosted organisation.

There are many customer solidcp accounts like that.

I have disabled consumer organization support and now everything looks fine. I did not understand that I should disable it on the first time.. sorry for that and thank you for your help..
