Question about the above.

In my hosting plans I have 3 plans

DNS Hosting - Registers dns name in server and allows editor

Web Hosting - Creates the Website

Web and Domain Name- Creates the dns entry and website

Customer only wants to register a Domain name to start selects DNS Hosting.  All good.  Then decides wants to have a website attached to the domain name.  So then adds the Web hosting plan.  Only now the web hosting plan does not see the DNS previously registered in the select domain. And any pre dns entries do not get entered.

User selects Web and Domain name.  All sets up fine except. And any pre dns entries do not get entered.
