Hello,

Before adding a service to SolidCP it should be setup following the documents provided by the manufacture.

Is there specific errors you are seeing?

Kind Regards,

Yes

for example , after installing SolidCP on win 2019 , i installed mailenable 10 standard edition , or install php 7 or Microsoft DNS

but integrity to SolidCP not work functional . for example , for existed domains and new added domain added after mail server installing , could not add mail account or DNS records not updated or make from mail server setting DNS records setting.

or PHP 7.2 installed by web platform installer after solidCP not shown and could not be selected in the server setting .

Thanks your good support

Hello,

Part of what your running into is a limitation.

Basically the way to setup new services for existing domains / hosting spaces can only be done by using the "Virtual Server" method, make sure you create a virtual server, add the nessecary services under that virtual server and make sure it's set to use that virtual server in the Hosting plan.

Following this method you can have existing hosting spaces, where you simply add the new services to the virtual server, allow it in the hosting plan and your done. (it should then be available).

In most cases DNS records should be created after your first mailbox creation for example.

For PHP 7.2 :: Are you using the PHP Manager? SolidCP uses that to find all the installed PHP Versions (which are then selectable in website properties)

It will however not show up in the Server settings.

Regards,

Marco
