Hey,
Can you check if you filled in the name servers on the External Network (This will be on the provider page)?

Hey Kevin,
You can find this in Servers then select the VPS provider you are using. Its under where you selected the external interface.

Oke, yes we filled this in but only the preferred, might this be the problem?
