Hi,

Guys, any way to move a customer to other hosting plan? I mean like upgrade or downgrade the hosting plan?

For example from basic plan to micro plan, the current plan has domain, website, ftp, mail, working.

Any way even with a sql command if is the last option?

Hi! Guys

I will respond to myself and I hope will be useful for anybody has the same question:

I found the way to do it!
As there is nothing related in the forum, this is my small contribution:

Yes, it is possible to upgrade and downgrade a hosting plan as follows:

We enter as serveradmin or reseller, click on (all customers), select the customer, and inside viewing (HostingSpace) we click on the left (Account Menu) a drop-down menu will open and we click on (Spaces), in Spaces we click on the plan related to this customer, it will open the information of the resources used by the customer, now on the right we click on (Edit Space Details), On (Hosting Space) we select the plan to change and on (Space Name) we put the same name of the new plan to be able to have everything in order. We go down and click on (Save) and now we have made a change of plan to a customer.

Extra (Optional):
If you need to change something exclusive to the customer and keep the client in the same plan, then do not change either the (Space Name) or the (Hosting Space), you must select only the check box (Override quotas on Space level) * Take note that this will be encapsulated only to this client, when the main plan (Plan Level) is made some change will have no effect on this client.
