Hello,

Can you let me know the information events before you see the error in the event log and the error itself?

This will allow me to trackdown the exact point in the code that the error is returned.

Kind Regards,

Hi Trevor, I am incorrect, the actual event of deleting a user that generates the "Input string was not in a correct format" error doesn't generate anything in the solidcp event log.  I get to the page to delete the user I want to delete, I then cleared the solidcp event log and then tried to delete the user.  I received the error but no events occur in event log.  Not sure where to go from here but I will keep trying.

Thanks

Jason

Hey,

Can we confirm that you have enabled the logging set to 4?

If it is set to 4 there should be alot of information events in the eventlog of the server.

Kind Regards,

Hi Trevor,

Yes, log is set to 4, I thought you were looking for errors.

Here is a amazon drive link with the event log.

https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/04HjFYXEjiYYd9u4Da7jpCcSuRE6J0pxJ5bUA0vc7hk?ref_=cd_ph_share_link_copy

It will show all events logged from creating an organization to creating a user to deleting that user (which is where the error occurs).

Thanks for your time.

Jason

Hello,

Just to let everybody know we did investigate the issue and it appears to be a bug in IE11. Myself and Jason was able to confirm it works in Firefox, Chrome & Edge.

Kind Regards,
