Hi
I was emailing support with an issue which I started to discuss on this forum, and as I need some assistance I paid for an hour support ticket. However since then it's gone very quiet.
Case Id is 460.
We were emailing back and forth quite well and I received an email from them last Friday at 13:45 GMT, with a link for a screen share app, anydesk, which I opened and replied within 5 minutes with my ID but I have had no response since then. I emailed again later that day, no reply and agin yesterday - still no reply.
Is there something up because I need this issue resolving and was getting speedier responses before I paid.
Regards,
Simon
Hello,
We have not received any reply since we provided the download link for remote support.
(you can view your ticket online to verify go to My Account --> My Tickets assuming the mail you send with is the same as your registered with to this site: no reply has been added to your ticket).
Due to this forum post i checked our spam filters, and you are sending with a mail address thats flagged as spam.
Can you reply via our website with the remote ID so we can help you?
Regards,
Marco
Hi
I'm have no idea why all my initial emails would get through and then one sent just 20 minutes later would be flagged as spam.
Your My Tickets page has never worked for me - it is just blank so I cannot use it so we cannot use this. I have mentioned it before but it doesn't change. I've used Chrome, Edge, IE and Firefox and on March 18th I even sent a link to video showing what happens ( https://e64.tinytake.com/sf/MjQ0Njk0Ml83Mzk0MjM2) - but nothing changes so I can't use you ticket system and I can't email, and I certainly won't be posting my anydesk ID on a public forum so we'll need to find another solution - any ideas.
Perhaps you could fix the My Ticket issue?
ok, forgot someone said a while og you were getting a new ticket system so just tried it again and it worked. I'll use that now.
From what i can tell only one email got through, all others did not. (spamC wasn't happy with the others and flagged it as spam --> our ticket system does not pick up any spam mails).
When you mentioned it before there where some minor issues which have been fixed since: https://solidcp.com/customer_portal/ should load (for everyone that is logged in)
Your video shows an old url for the old ticket system which leads me to believe your browser cache has the site cached). try using ctrl + f5 for firefox or shift+f5 for chrome to clear your browser cache for that page.
