Hello,

Are you sure SolidCP Server was upgraded to the latest version also?

Hello,

Can you check the Windows eventlog for any further errors logged?

I found the issue. I tried again and it is working now. Its a diffrent thing I am unable to open https: site. I will try tomorrow if it works.

So, I think this will be reason.Day before Yesterday I booked new domain. When I was pinging that domain then it was failing to ping, and it was pinging from shared IP in place of Public IP. So I changes some DNS configuration.

So after reading your reply I thought to try again, and it is working.

By the way no error was showing in log. I have checked it before posting the question in forum as I was planning to share the screen shot of that too.

Hello,

There should have been atleast a error in the Application log from WACS. If not it does normally log information when its ran also.

Regards,

Trevor
