Hi all,

I come across the following issue. When i create a new client under a reseller account. The Mail Format is always plain text by default. When a mailbox creation is started, the known error appears. I then switch the mail format over to HMTL and the problem is fixed. I want all new user account and client accounts always to have the HTML mail format by default. How can this be accomplished?
