I have a problem with solidcp mailbox size limit.
i use hmailserver for emails.
i created hosting plan with limited mailbox size.the problem is that user can't create email account but server admin can create it.
unchecked "mailbox size" and "Disable Mailbox Size Edit" then user can make email account.but when i limit the mailbox size user can't create and nothing happen.

When you say they are unable to make an email do you mean the add mail button doesn't work or an error on the add email page?
If you can screenshot it then it would make checking the issue easier.

Thankyou for the detailed bug report. We have now fixed this issue and released a 1.4.5 beta.
You can upgrade to this using the powershell upgrade tool.
