Hello again,

Thanks for responding...

How can I import the resources for each customer? Could you please explain more details? So many thanks..

I was using latest version I think, but After failure in migrate, I install a fresh version of SolidCP and I don't have that error unfortunately..

Hello,

The only way to do this would be to import the resources for each customer in SolidCP.

Can you let me know which version of MSP Control you are using? We do plan to update the migration script to the latest version in the upcoming months. If you share the errors we can try advise on them.

Kind Regards,

Hello,

To import resources you will need to to create the customer in SolidCP and create their hosting plan. When on the hosting plan overview click import resources" on the bottom right.

If you don't see this option but see space statistics you need to click this first to go into the hosting plan.

Kind Regards,
