Hi,

We are going to install a new webserver 2019. We currently have 2016. My question is how do we make Solidcp create website and so on the new webserver instead off the old one. Which table and what do we change in the Solidcp DB?
Also we are going to upgrade our DNS servers from 2016 to 2016. After we did the upgrade what and where do we change it in the DB?

And we are also mowing our clients from Exchange 2016 to 2019. After we migrated them, which table and what do we change in the Solidcp DB?

Hello,

You would need to modify the table [ServiceItems] to the new serviceid. You can also change the URL of the existing DNS SolidCP Server to the new one and then edit the ProviderID in [Services] to the newer ProviderID.

Trevor

Hello,

You would need to complete the transfer outside of SolidCP. The domain and website can only exist on one hosting space at a time.

There is a detach option which would remove the link between SolidCP and the Server (You would need to do this for Website and Domain) which would then allow you to add it to a different hosting space for the user which hosting plan is connected to another server.

Regards,

Trevor
