Does anyone know what the difference between the Peer account types are?
When you create one you can choose:
I tried one with Helpdesk and it allows me to edit website settings, DBs, FTP etc.
It does not let me delete users or spaces.
That's all good.
But it doesn't allow you to edit domains DNS zones.
Assuming we would use this peer for a level 1 or 2 support tech they would certainly want to be able to edit DNS zones under clients spaces.
Anyway, was wandering if anyone knew how the permissions work on the Peers?
Also, any idea what the CSR one does? I assume its "customer service representative" ?
The peer accounts are defined in pages config: SolidCP_Pages.config for details on the exact permission which role is allowed or not.
