Once I assign an RDP server to a user, it seems that it is no longer available to assign it to a different user in a different organization. Also, cannot the servers be assigned as part of the Hosting Plan, instead of having to assign them to individual users?

Hello,
The RDS server can only be assigned to 1 hosted organisation at a time.
At the moment i it is not possible to auto assign the RDP server but we can look to add this in the future.
