Hey,

If your still using LEWS then its most likely using Lets Encrypt ACMEv1 which is now on brownout following https://letsencrypt.status.io/pages/maintenance/55957a99e800baa4470002da/600b2fb51558dc05445bc5bd .

You should upgrade to the latest SolidCP using the powershell upgrade script ASAP so your using ACMEv2.

Regards,

Trevor

@hemens Hello,

SQL should not error and it might be worth trying to redo it.

We recommend using the powershell method to update your full environment.

With regards to the server giving unable to connect to <ip>. You should check the SolidCP server is accessible from the Enterprise server.

Regards,

Trevor

Hi Trevor

Is there update log saved anywhere where we can the success/failure caused while updating ?

I had download the powershell script and followed the steps as per method given

I thing i got confused was the Option 3 where in the script it should be option C / D i believe

At present i am able to login scp and creating db or mail password change which looks working and not getting error, also it shows version 1.4.8 but while updating script i did see some red color messages which was related to mssql

Should i attempt to run update script again ? on top of once already done...

Unable to connect IP issue - this IP is of my mail server - Smartermail which is getting controlled by this primary with scp entp / server / portal all on same.

on mail server i am only using SCP ASP.NET 4.5 server part.

Thanks

Hello,

There is no harm running the script multiple times. You should run it from your Enterprise server and select 1 then A.

With the connect from Mail you should make sure SolidCP is installed and accessible (You can test it by loading the URL in the browser for SolidCP Server. Normally port 9003).

Regards,

Trevor

I did it again and saw that error is pertaining to the sql backup before final update, how can this be fixed ?
another error is of connecting to my mail server, attached snaphots

Also on my mail server i have update the .NET 1.4.8 - scp server component through the scp installed, attached the screen and looks ok to me

Hello,

Both errors suggest an issue with accessing the UNC network path of the servers. You should check if its allowed on your network or not.

Trevor
