I need to delete an accepted domain from the exchange addon for an organization.
There doesn't seem to be a delete button for it. I can remove it from the exchange ECP, but then I need to know what to edit in the database to remove it safely. 🙂
Thanks in advance,
Jessica
Hello,
in the Exchange --> Accepted domains section in SolidCP:
If there's no delete button it most likely has a "view usage" button.
It will only allow deletion after it's no longer in use by anything in your organization.

Marco
ahh, ok - I see what's happening now.
Thanks, that did help with one thing.
And I see why the other issue is an issue. Adding an accepted domain, by accident, for a domain we don't host (it's in internal relay so that it works) has complicated this.
The client uses those email addresses as their primary login. So, it thinks all the users are in usage with that accepted domain.
Would removing the exchange add on and putting it back fix this? Or will deleting the addon not change anything (and thus adding it back will just get me back to here) ?
Hello,
If the user has a hosted org without Exhcnage in the hosting plan or addons it will not add an accepted domain to exchange.

Trevor
