I have noticed that reseller can create more than allowed number of domains in their account. For example, if we have allocated a plan with 20 domains resources to any reseller account. Reseller user creates different users under his own reseller account then it is not checking the limit and reseller can add more domains under his sub-user.

Reseller user - ABC => sub user xyz (and many more such) => this allows the domain creation beyond reseller's total allowed domains

How can we restrict this behavior?
