Hello,

You may want to rerun the installer to uninstall and install the portal again.

I think that will be the best way to rule out other problems. Please make sure the Enterprise URL is set correctly when you run the installer.

Thanks,

I have done that several times and was unable to uninstall the user account SolidCPPortal and SCPEnterprise, so i had to create other accounts SolidCPPortal2 and SCPEnterprise2 to be able to install that. Could that be the problem?

That should be fine. Can you confirm you are using the installer from http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/stable/SolidCPInstaller.msi to install SolidCP?

Confirmed. I tried downloading the Zip files but was unable To see the setup installer so I used the msi installer direct from solidcp.com
