How can I correct the database connection error, because clearly, the SCPPortal cannot connect to the server database

Hello,

Can you confirm that the SolidCP database has been created with the SolidCP user having permissions for it?

You can also try the details in the connection string inside the SQL Management studio to make sure it can work and try select all rows on the dbo.Users table.
