I see you need to have IIS installed on the hyperv servers as well as .net.  My question is does this have to be setup on all the servers, this opens the servers up to abuse, we make use of hyper-v core for our hardware, Is there a way to provision vms on these hyper v servers from other servers remotely. ?

Hello,

You can install IIS and the MsSQL on a different machine (Or in a VM on the HyperV core server) and then use the remote option in the HyperV provider
