Whenever Let’s encrypt certificates are automatically updated, and I reboot the Server, The Web sites fail to load because the Certificate is not available.  In order to regain access to the Web site, I have to manually delete the Existing Certificate on SolidCP and Recreate it.  So, I have had to perform these steps on 10 Web site twice in the past four months.  Is there a specific process that I need to follow to make sure that the Auto Renewal process for Let’s encrypt certificates are properly updated and installed on my IIS Server?

Hello,

You should check the win-acme renew task is enabled in the Windows Task Scheduler and no errors are logged in the Windows Event Viewer under Windows Logs -> Applications.

Regards,

Trevor
