Hello,
Is there any plan to support Windows Server 2019 & it's IIS in upcoming release?

Yes, this is already created and will be part of the stable release in a week.

Is the new release out now and is the configuration script also updated ?

SolidCP 1.4.2 has been released at the 14th, but please note Microsoft them selfs have recanted the Windows 2019 due to some major bugs and do currently not recommend to use or install.
The configuration script i am not sure, the Panel it self defenitly has full support.
