Hi Trevor, i solve the first issue with installing SQL Driver for PHP manual and run the script again, then it see that the Driver are installed and continue, but the other issues still exist.
I use the latest script from the download section.
System is Windows Server 2016, latest build from MS Homepage, full patched.
