Hello All,
This morning we stumbled upon an error when creating an new Hosted Organisation.
Creating an new Org does not happen a lot, so we do not know when in broke down.
We where running on version 1.4.6 but for testing we upgraded to the latest.
Still when creating an org we get the following error:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: Error executing 'CREATE_ORG' task on '********.nl' ORGANIZATION ---> System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> This access control list is not in canonical form and therefore cannot be modified. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName, String domainName) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName, String domainName) at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.esOrganizations.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationID, String organizationName, String domainName) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
This worked for us
If your still experiencing the issue please check if you have any Deny rules on the root of the domain. if “Exchange Trusted Subsystem” has a deny rule there please remove it.
