Dear SolidCP Team,

there is something I want to ask about the problem that I put in the title column above. after I create a "Hosting Plan" with "Maxsendmessage: 1024000Kb and Maxreceivemessage: 1024000Kb" seems to be no change even though I have created a mailbox plan with the same capacity for maxsend & maxreceive that I have applied in mailbox user. I checked with the command in exchange management shell:
Get-Mailbox -Identity "Hasto" | FL maxreceivesize
Output:
MaxReceiveSize: 0 B (0 bytes).
if you see the results above what I've applied to maxsend & maxreceive diuser mailbox does not seem to change.
please solve the problems I am currently facing. it seems that I can not increase one by one mailbox user with command.

Many Thx
Genta

Hello,

There is currently no known issues with this. Can you provide a screenshot of the mailbox plan?

Thanks,
