First: can you confirm your global policies exist before you try and apply a tag?

as that part should work fine (just sometimes have to press save 2x)

second: i see it lacks a delete button for the global policies, i will add this to our todo list.

1- No, the global policies are displayed in the Solidcp webgui but does not exit in Exchange. Already tried to save many times.
The big problem is just that. The global policies are visible in SolidCP but are not created Exchange

Well, the policy should be created when you create an account (and assigned it to it)
it should show up as orgID_policy

i would see no reason for it not to work while you can create everything else in Exchange (which is a bit weird).
