Thanks for the suggestion.  I had checked the audit log for the domain, but it was in the system level log, not the domain log.  In it I found the following error:

Verify the following quotas before importing mail domain: number of groups.

I have groups and group recipients set to zero because I wasn't even sure what a "group" was where SolidCP was concerned (I can find no documentation on those items).  A couple of other domains did import though, and by process of elimination and your hint above, Trevor, I determined that it was the fact that one alias in the problem domain was forwarding to 2 addresses.  When I removed one of the addresses, that domain imported OK.

Can I fix that by changing the number of Mail Groups and Max Group Recipients in the hosting plan?  Would that allow SolidCP to import mail domains with aliases that forward to multiple recipients???

Thanks!

Hey Scott,

I think the issue here is 2 forwards.

SCP only ever supported single forward for smartermail but even that is currently broken due to a SM Update which broken the forward legacy call.

We do aim to make SolidCP capable with their new api which is more or less stable now, and have joined bountysource to promote, donate featurers and increase development: https://www.bountysource.com/issues/97032844-smartermail-update-provider-with-smartermail-json-api is the link for the Smartermail development to new api.

Regards,

Marco
