I have tried every Possible Solution and tried almost 30 to 40 times creating VM.
Every time it gives the same error Undefined prefix at line 5 (ad tag)
Exact Error : 'ad' is an undeclared prefix at line ....
I googled around but didn't get the success....
same template working on other Solid CP platform but not on mine ??????

Did you follow the guide at https://solidcp.com/kb/configuration/hyperv2012r2-os-template/ ?
There have been instances where you should fetch the sysprep files from http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/stable/Tools/Sysprep/ .
Can you please screenshot the templates area of the provider?

Yes I did follow each and every Step but getting the same error below:
Also while checking the unattend File in Windows Image Manager :
Prefix error occur.
