Win 2022 Servers

SQL 2019

So tried an automatic upgrade that failed miserably.  Done a manual install and made sure I had .net 4.8 installled which is completely missed out in the steps.

Howver now the scheduler will start and then stop about 30-40 sec later.

Have uninstalled .net multiple times.  Have run all checks on the OS bt to no avail.
