What is this? How can I use it? I get this message " Management Service is not installed on the web server. Please contact your system administrator. " but I cannot find any documentation on your site about this feature.

The management is part of the IIS roles which can be installed via the Windows Add Roles under IIS.
I am unsure how it works and i don't think i have seen anybody using it.

I've installed everything under roles that says management under IIS, even the 6.0 management. Still nothing changing under your tab for web management. This is on a 2016 server.
