Why can't I connect to mail account ?

Thanks! I use the command "netstat -a -n" to check , the port both 110 and 25 is opened

And more, are your sure that SolidCP and both hMailServer and MailEnable can work fine on Windows 2016 server?

Hi,

Maybe the DNS server of 108.61.10.10 is provided by your datacenter? They will normally configure this during the IP setup. It looks like the SMTP DNS Host will have been set by you (Check the properties for the SMTP Service).

 

Did you verify that for example Windows Firewall is not blocking the port? It will show as listening when doing a netstat even if it is blocked.

 

SolidCP will work with both hMailServer and MailEnable. You will need to see if the version of mail server you are using is supported by their vendors on server 2016.
