Hi Treveor any further help here would be appreciated my clients are bitchin at me 😉
Hello,
I have taken a look at the code but i am unable to see anything which would cause this inside of the code itself. It might be best to purchase support time and for us to connect to your servers and SQL database to further debug it.
If you can provide me with full details of the errors including the error on the Smartermail server in the SolidCP Log we can try assist further if you do not wish to purchase support.
Regards,
Trevor
Trevor, I have given you the full logs, what you see here in the log files i have supplied links to and in the post is only what is in the log that is the full log. If I clear the log, that is the only error seen, nothing else.
All of these clients were working 100% before the upgrade. somewhere solidcp thinks they don't have permissions to create email accounts all of a sudden.
Here is the 2 links i provided previously, this is all that is logged nothing else !
Hi Trevor,
The 2 logs that I provided links to are the only errors that come up, If I clear out the logs and then try create or update the email that is the one and only error that is generated. Everything else in the mail side of things works except for the creation or updating of mail accounts. This all worked before the 1.4.4 upgrade. It is almost as if certain users have lost their rights, but as indicated there is no specific link between any of these users.
Here is the logs again
Hello,
Without first access to your environment (This can only be achieved via premium support) i would check the following SQL Procedures for errors:
GetPackage
GetPackageQuotas
These are ran as part of SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.PackageController.GetPackageContext and should help you to further diagnose the issue with users in your database.
Regards,
Trevor
