i install SolidCP on win 2019 first
then install Microsft DNS
now when i add a domain , domain add automatically in DNS zone , but there is a problem , there are just 3 records add in DNS , for www and * and domain, all other record such ftp and mail and other DNS record i define under other servers not made automatically .
i ensure adding all server in related virtual server and hosting plan along it , but yet problem remained.
how can i solve this integrity problem? it is very hard to add records manually for mail and ftp and ...

Hello,
Most DNS records only get added after actually using the service for that hosting space.
For example mail records will appear after creating a mailbox.
Can you check this is also the case for your setup?

which setup you mean ? mail server setup or DNS setup?
is there any tip i must do during mail or dns setup more than instruction from software provider?

I believe Marco is asking for you to setup a mailbox for the domain and see if the records are then added.
