Under Account Menu / Hosting Plans / Web Sites, what is "Enable Hostname Support" for?  Does this need to be turned on in order to use SNI so we can use one IP address for multiple SSL certificates?

On a related note, is there someplace that documents everything in SolidCP in writing?  The videos are nice, but in the couple I've seen, the person doing them was moving at lightning speed and I had to keep pausing and going back to take note of what he was actually doing.  Also it's much easier to refer back to documentation in writing than it is to find something in a video.

I've seen many programs these days with little question mark icons next to each item in settings that you can click for pop up descriptions of the item.  Perhaps SolidCP could add something like that in the near future???

Thanks!

Scott

Hello,

The Hostname Support is to allow you to have a instant alias. To enable SNI please go to Configuration -> Servers -> Select IIS -> Go towards the bottom of the page.

All the videos do have written manuals with them. If you click the Manuals page on the menu above.

Thanks,

Trevor
