I just upgraded to 1.1.2 manually.

Just did a quick test.

Modification of password policy of organisations created before 1.1.1, there are no issues.

Changing the password of an organisation that was created during 1.1.1 results in the same error about PSO object not found.

I haven't tested creating yet another organisation during 1.1.2.

However it would be good to know how to add the missing password container to the organisations created during 1.1.1
