Getting Error when creating FTP

Hi I am getting error when creating FTP. Before Solid CP I was trying Plesk. It is still install in my system. Hope Plesk is not blocking anything and error is not from that. Here is the screen shot.

Hello,

If the FTP is on the local server we recommend to not use UNC path as it gives no benefit.

In IIS do you see Default FTP Site?
