Hello, sorry for the delay.  I tried Hampsons permissions with no luck.  Strange thing is that I can create an organization, the organization OU appears under my Hosted OU correctly, I can delete the organization with no problems, I can create the same organization again, create a user, no problem, I can update anything on the user...ie, password, name, company info, contact, etc and all that appears on the user in AD, but if I try to delete it I get the "Input string was not in a correct format".  Nothing was written to any log files that I can find on the domain controller or the 2008 r2 server that has the "hosted organization" service, I also tried moving the "hosted organization" service to 2012 r2 server with same results.  Also I have added a 2016 domain controller to the mix, pointed the hosted organization to that server for AD with same result.  The only error I can find is on the 2012 "Hosted Organization" server is when I delete the organization I get a warning in the solidcp log.

WARNING: HostedSolution Invoke error: The specified module 'grouppolicy' was not loaded because no valid module file was found in any module directory

The users do obviously delete if I delete the organization with the users in it.

Thanks again.

Hello,

Can you please check if you have the Active Directory Powershell & Group olicy management installed on the server?

Kind Regards,

Hey,

I was talking about the Server which hosts the hosted org.

You could try enable logging to 4 on the SolidCP Server web.config which holds the hosted org role to see if it gives you any extra output in the event viewer.

Regards,

Hey Marcus, no I never did find an answer to this yet.  I did test what Trevor responded with.  Organization server already had AD Powershell installed and I installed GP Management, same error.  I also enabled the logging on the SCP server with the hosted role, it gave more information events but no errors were logged.

Thanks again for all the help.  I will continue to work on this.

I am getting this same error.  Unable to delete users.  Can do everything else with the account but not delete it.

No errors as per JJ
